Day 16 of NaBloPoMo
Yesterday was the most amazing day! The place was packed at times. When the big reveal was done around 1:00pm I would have to say there were easily over 60 people at the Purl. Here's the day in pictures. More to come tomorrow.
Mary Pat is having a peak at some goodies Sandra received from KaratStix. They are all gorgeous. I can see myself getting something soon.
Just a look at some of the yummy yarns The Purl has to offer. The bags on top of the cubicles are loot bags that everyone who came to the Purl yesterday received. What was inside? Each one was unique so I can only say what was in mine. Some yarn, double pointed needles, a CD of classical music, a crochet hook and bamboo needles.
Miko wore the famous tiger dress for the occasion. She looked fabulous.

Purl is just relaxing and enjoying all the sights. If you're ever at the Purl you should read The Adventures of Purl. It's hilarious. There's a special birthday addition as well.

A 2009 calendar. All the proceeds are going to go to Princess Margaret Hospital. The calendars are $20 each and if anyone is interested you can pre-order them by contacting the Purl.
